Sarah Palin Getting it Wrong on Twitter... Again

Twitter is a riot. Period. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. What was I following today? All of the banter about the posts Ms. Sarah Palin (SarahPalinUSA) posted this morning. She seems to feel there's some controversy about her hunting, because as usual she's going to kill something tonight.
Walking Dead ~ Political Version

Let's get it straight, shall we? The leather you find in your boots, purses, furniture, and cars usually comes from a plant where cattle are slaughtered for beef. It doesn't come from some deranged woman shooting a wolf in Alaska.

We hunt. We hunt for deer and rabbit. We clean the animals ourselves. We stretch and dry the hides to make things to sell, we process the meat for our meals, and we grind up the entrails to feed to the dogs. The dogs love the larger bones to chew on for the marrow. That's responsible, conservation-minded hunting. We don't kill an animal just to mount its head on the wall and waste the rest. We don't kill it (or pass laws to kill it) because we're having to compete with it on killing our preferred prey.

And as one very wise Tweeter said, (and I paraphrase) if people that eat meat and use leather aren't allowed to voice an opinion about hunting, then teen moms shouldn't voice an opinion about teen sex.

Sarah, just because you say there's a fuss doesn't mean there is. It just means you don't understand (AGAIN) what people are saying. But I don't care if there's a “controversy” or not, I'll be watching Walking Dead. Just like in politics, it has millions of people functioning on the most basic, lower mental levels that are determined to eat those that still have high cognitive abilities in order to make them equally brain dead.
